  • You hereby declare that, to the best of your knowledge, the statements, answers, and/or particulars provided by you are truthful in all material respects
  • You are aware that the information you submit will serve as the foundation for the insurance policy, is subject to the insurer's Board-approved underwriting policy, and that the policy won't go into effect until the entire amount of the applicable premium has been paid.
  • You additionally affirm that once the proposal has been submitted but before the insurance company communicates its risk acceptance, you will notice in writing any changes to the occupation or general health of the life to be insured or the proposer.
  • You agree that the insurance company may obtain medical information about the person to be insured/proposed from any doctor or hospital who/which has treated the person at any time, as well as from any past or present employers, in order to determine whether the person's physical or mental health is at risk. You also agree that the insurance company may obtain information from any insurer to whom an application for insurance on the person to be insured/proposed has been made.

Choice of Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Every dispute concerning the interpretation or effect of these Terms of Use and/or your use of the Website must be resolved in the courts or tribunals situated in the Union Territory of New Delhi. You agree to the personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, and venue of these courts.

Severability Clause

Any provision of this agreement that is determined to be illegal, void, or for any other reason unenforceable shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the provisions of this Agreement that remain in effect.

Limited Liability Clause
